Dr.. Tahar BEN MESSAOUD, was born in El Idrissia, Algeria on 10th February 1969. He received the state engineer degree in Industrial Maintenance from the University of Boumerdes (Algeria) in 1994, and the Magister degree in Industrial Maintenance at the University of Boumerdes (Algeria) in 2010. He is working toward his PhD in Mechanical Engineering at the same university since 2010. He is currently an Assistant lecturer at the University of Djelfa since 2012. His research interests are involved in the industrial maintenance and safety applications.
